PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL - A fully leased shopping center in Auburn has just hit the market.
The 4-year-old Lakeland Town Center is in what commercial real estate firm JLL calls “a highly educated and wealthy demographic,” with an average household income of more than $170,000 within a one-mile radius. It primarily serves the Lakeland Hills and Lake Tapps neighborhoods.
Lakeland is anchored by a “high-performing” Haggen Northwest grocery store and features a total of 27 retailers, restaurants and service businesses, including a McDonald’s, an Orangetheory Fitness, a Subway store and a Mexican restaurant.
