PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL - Tukwila-based cybersecurity company Leviathan Security Group has been acquired by K2 Integrity, a risk management company based in New York City.
A K2 spokesperson said Leviathan's 80 employees are all joining K2, which now has 380 employees. The companies didn't disclose the financial terms of the deal, which was announced Tuesday.
The spokesperson didn't say what would happen to the Leviathan brand.
"We are excited to position ourselves for greater innovation, resilience and growth,” Leviathan founder and CEO Frank Heidt said in a news release.
