Panama's Copa Airlines to Buy 60 Boeing 737 Max Jets

REUTERS - Copa Airlines, opens new tab tied up an agreement ​with Boeing, opens new tab and GE Aerospace to ‌purchase up to 60 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft for a list price of around $13.5 billion, ​the Panamanian carrier said on Monday.

​The order, combined with 40 aircraft pending ⁠delivery from an existing agreement, will ​allow Copa to add more than 100 ​new planes over the next eight years and reach a fleet of over 200 aircraft by 2034.



Note:  The 737 is primarily manufactured at Boeing's Renton Production Facility.
