PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL - The East Valley RV, Boat & Car Storage facility in Renton has been acquired by Outrig Storage, marking the company’s entry into the Pacific Northwest.
The transaction includes 4.8 acres at 3330 East Valley Road and a 1,600-square-foot building that sold for approximately $7.5 million. The sale, which was announced Friday, exceeds the property’s assessed value of $5.6 million, according to King County records.
