Kirkland Firm snags Tukwila Industrial Park for $76.5 Million

PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL - A local real estate firm has purchased a 17.6-acre business park in Tukwila for $76.5 million, according to a tax affidavit filed in King County.
Northwest Building LLC purchased the six buildings comprising the Gateway North industrial park at 3225 S. 116th St.
The industrial park is home to a 47,000-square-foot data center operated by EdgeConneX, a global data center provider with headquarters in Northern Virginia, Singapore and Amsterdam.
