Industrial Property Deal in Auburn Breaks Dry Spell with $44 Million Sale

PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL: The region's dry spell of industrial deals was briefly broken last month with the $43.75 million acquisition of an Auburn building that houses TireHub and Belshaw Adamatric Bakery Group, a manufacturer of doughnut-making machines.
Investment management company Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) bought the Auburn Park 44 off of Highway 167, according to the excise tax affidavit that King County posted on Feb. 21. Listed as the seller is an affiliate of multinational investment company BlackRock.
