McKinstry Buys Kent Industrial Property for Assembly, Logistics Center

PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL: McKinstry is the new owner of an industrial property in Kent.
The Seattle-based construction and energy-services company paid $14.55 million for the just over 6-acre property at 20213 84th Ave. S., according to the sales affidavit King County posted Wednesday. A 56-year-old warehouse measuring 80,400 gross square feet is on the property.
The company plans to use the property as assembly and logistics facility, McKinstry spokesperson Gabe Boeckman said in an email.
