Two Kent Industrial Properties Sell to Bridge Industrial for $64M

Bridge Industrial acquired two industrial properties in Kent for a total of $64.3 million, according to King County sales affidavits filed late last week. The seller was a limited liability company associated with Link Logistics, a Blackstone affiliate. The properties, Kent Valley DC II and IV, were developed between 1995 and 1997.
