Kent Industrial Park Sells for $44 Million in Recapitalization Deal

A Kent industrial park has sold for $43.6 million, according to a sales affidavit King County posted on Monday. The Dec. 11 deal was part of a $550 million recapitalization of a nine-property industrial portfolio totaling 2.1 million square feet across five western U.S. states. The property, West Valley Business Park, totals about 205,000 square feet and it situated on a nearly 17-acre site at 19226 66th Ave. S.
