PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL - A Boeing Co.-leased industrial campus in Kent changed hands Thursday in a $98 million deal in that underscores continued investor demand for large-scale industrial properties in the Kent Valley.
The nearly 20-acre complex at 8220 S. 212th St. includes three buildings totaling 452,184 square feet. The sales price equates to roughly $216 per square foot — higher than the $202.24 average so far this year in the Seattle area, according to CommercialCafe.
