Sagard Snags Auburn Distribution Hub in Continued Pacific Northwest Push

PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL - A Denver-based real estate company has made its second acquisition in the Puget Sound region just days apart.

Sagard Real Estate has purchased a 162,400-square-foot distribution facility at 2402 R St. NW in Auburn, one of the region’s most active industrial submarkets. Leased to a national third-party logistics provider, the 8.8-acre property — built in 1987 — is designed to support high-volume distribution and logistics users.

“This property’s strong fundamentals, combined with embedded mark-to-market potential and a desirable infill location, position it well for performance over medium and long term,” Sagard Managing Director of Acquisitions Tom Stover said, adding that the property is “well-located and functional.”
