PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL - A trader of suburban apartment properties in the Seattle area paid $95.6 million for a 36-year-old garden style apartment property in the Lakes at Kent master-planned community along the Green River.
San Diego-based MG Properties bought the 344-unit Dockside Apartments on Wednesday, according to public records that also show seller Rise Properties Trust bought the nearly 17-acre property six years ago for $83.1 million. Dockside's assessed value is over $91.5 million.
